PM Contracting is a fully licensed, bonded construction company based in Phoenix, AZ. We started serving the great state of Arizona in 2012 because there was (and still is) a need for quality workmanship in the contracting field.

Seth's experience in the construction field is vast, there isn’t much that Seth hasn’t seen or done. What sets him apart from others is his almost fanatical obsession with the workmanship and the client experience. Seth knows that construction isn’t perfunctory or devoid of emotion: These are people’s homes, the biggest investment they will ever make. He does an incredible job marrying the clients' vision of what they want, with what can be done in the most economical way. Every day, he goes above and beyond to create an experience and product that exceeds expectations.

Rita comes from a construction family, her experience runs the gamut from rehabs to new construction. There isn’t anything that she can’t do, but where she excels is in the finishing process, making the house perfect for the client after all the workers have gone. Sometimes you need a woman’s touch to finish a project, and we think we’ve got the best one.
